I understand that while my pet is in the care of Angus Boarding & Walkies, they will be loved and cared for as part of the family. They will be taken to the park, given treats & cuddles, and allowed to sleep on the sofas & beds. Unless I have specified otherwise, my pet may sometimes be transported in the family car using a doggy seatbelt or crate.
If an emergency arises, Angus Boarding & Walkies will act in the earnest best interest of my pet, contacting or going to the vet as needed. I will not hold Angus Boarding & Walkies liable (financially or legally) for any tests, x-rays, fees, or after care that ensues. If the vet determines that my pet needs to be put to sleep on humane grounds and cannot wait for my return, I hereby give my consent and agree that the costs are mine to pay. I agree that if my pet is found to have fleas or worms, then ABW will take the dog to the vet to arrange an appropriate treatment and charge the vet's bill to me.
If my plans/timing change while my pet is in care, I will update Angus Boarding & Walkies as soon as possible. I understand that for boarding, payment is due at the time of booking; for recurring services, payments will be due on a weekly basis.
For the safety of all humans & animals in the house, I have declared any aggressive tendencies or specific needs my pet has.
